Privacy, kept simple.

When you send a message through the contact form, the information you enter is stored in the club website’s private Netlify Forms submission system. Authorized website administrators can access these submissions.

What we collect and why

The contact form collects your name, email, inquiry topic, and message so the club can respond.

Payments and membership

Online membership applications and payments are not available on this website. Membership cards are available only at Erskine’s Grain Store in Chester Depot. The website does not collect payment card information.

Other services

Netlify provides website hosting, form storage, and spam protection and may process technical information such as IP addresses for those services. If a Google Calendar is displayed, it is loaded from Google. Links to Google Maps and Facebook open those providers’ services. Their own privacy terms apply.
